Megan Wellinghoff, Executive Director – firstname.lastname@example.org
Megan has always had a passion for animals and has been working with Bend Spay and Neuter Project since she started volunteering there 7 years ago. She has transitioned through many positions there, and is thrilled to be in the position of Executive Director. She shares her home with her two rescued Pit Bull mixes, and 3-4 rescued cats depending on the day… oh yeah, and her wonderful animal-loving husband, Orion!
Dr. Katie Bahr, DVM, Medical Director
Dr. Bahr grew up in Rochester, MN and attended South Dakota State University for her undergraduate education. She graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in April 2011. She then completed a one year small animal rotating internship at Texas A&M University. Dr. Bahr then completed seven months of a surgical residency in Ohio before moving to Oregon in 2013 where she joined general practice for one year and worked closely with the local shelter. Because of her desire to end pet overpopulation she has joined Bend Spay & Neuter Project as Medical Director.
